Low tech bending formulas can be figured out with a couple of test bends. There’s plenty of software that’ll do calculations for an operation like this but I prefer the analog approach. A couple of test pieces marked with lines every inch BEFORE they get bent tells the story as to how the material will stretch and shrink after it’s bent to whatever angle.
